Portable Solar Power Station
Sonlight Solar Portable Power System
A COMPLETE SOLAR POWER SOLUTION — PORTABLE, RELIABLE & SUSTAINABLE.
The Sonlight Solar Solar Cart is a portable solar power system designed for tiny homes, small homes, mobile/manufactured homes, cabins, workshops, and other locations where dependable electricity is needed.
Unlike a traditional generator, there is no gasoline to buy, no engine noise, and no exhaust fumes. The system stores solar energy and provides standard 120V AC power through its pure sine wave inverter.
System includes:
3,000W pure sine wave inverter
7,680Wh (7.68 kWh) energy storage capacity
10 solar panels
Dual solar charge controllers
Wi-Fi power monitoring
Heavy-duty portable cart
Power connection cable
Power Outlets: 30 Amp NEMA TT30, 20 Amp L5-20 Receptacles and Type A 30 Amp Circuit Breaker
Electrical protection equipment: lightning surge suppression / High Voltage cutoff
Complete solar charging system
Backup DC charger for charging from a generator
The system can provide power for many everyday loads, including lighting, televisions, refrigerators, fans, computers, electronics, small appliances, and other equipment, subject to the total power requirements of the connected loads.
It can also serve as backup power during an outage, but backup power isn't its only purpose. The system is designed to provide a practical source of electricity wherever a smaller, portable solar power system makes sense.
Ideal for: Tiny Homes • Mobile Homes • Cabins • Small Homes • Workshops • Off-Grid Applications • Emergency Power
Sonlight Solar
PORTABLE. RELIABLE. SUSTAINABLE.
A complete power solution: Designed to provide ongoing electricity for tiny homes, mobile homes, cabins, and other small structures.
Relocatable: Unlike a conventional permanently installed solar system, the cart can be moved to another location when needed.
Multiple charging options: Solar energy for everyday charging, with generator charging available when additional energy is required.
The biggest selling point, you the customer can establish a power supply at a location and leave the system operating there, rather than constantly moving and reconnecting portable equipment.
Sonlight Solar Cart — Key Competitive Advantages
These are the features I would emphasize when comparing the Sonlight Solar Cart against portable solar generators, expandable power stations, and conventional off-grid solar systems.
The strongest selling point is that Sonlight Solar provides a complete, preassembled, relocatable power system designed for extended use, rather than a collection of components that customers must assemble.
Key selling points
- Fully Assembled & Ready to Operate — Batteries, inverter, charge controllers, wiring, and electrical protection are already installed. No complicated solar system assembly required.
- 3,300W High-Efficiency SunPower Solar Array — Ten premium 330W SunPower panels provide substantial solar generating capacity, with an oversized array designed to improve energy harvesting during reduced sunlight.
- 7,680Wh (7.68kWh) LiFePO4 Battery Storage — Substantial onboard energy storage for nighttime operation, cloudy conditions, and everyday electricity needs.
- 3,000W Pure Sine Wave Inverter — Provides standard 120V AC electricity for household appliances, refrigeration, lighting, televisions, computers, and other compatible loads.
- Designed for Continuous, Extended Use — Unlike smaller portable power stations intended primarily for occasional use, the Solar Cart is designed to be positioned at a location and used as an ongoing electricity source.
- No Rooftop Solar Installation Required — Solar panels can be positioned on suitable ground stands (not included), eliminating the need to mount panels on a roof. Local site and electrical requirements may still apply.
- Portable Yet Suitable for Semi-Permanent Setup — The cart can remain in position for extended periods and be relocated when necessary, offering flexibility compared with permanently mounted solar equipment.
- 15-Foot Site Power Cable & 30-Amp Inlet Box Included — Provides connection hardware for integration into a compatible site electrical system, subject to appropriate transfer equipment and installation.
- Generator Charging Capability — A compatible generator can recharge the battery bank when solar production is insufficient, adding flexibility during extended cloudy weather.
- Dual 60A Solar Charge Controllers — Two controllers provide up to 120A combined battery charging current, subject to operating conditions and controller limits.
- Four Built-In USB Charging Ports — Three USB ports and one USB-C port allow convenient charging of compatible electronics without using the inverter's AC outlets.
- Wi-Fi Power Monitoring — SmartLife/Tuya-compatible monitoring provides convenient access to electrical performance information of charge controllers and inverter output power.
- Quiet, Fuel-Free Solar Operation — No combustion engine, gasoline consumption, or exhaust emissions during normal battery and solar-powered operation.
- Complete Solar Panels Wiring Harnesses — Supplied for wiring the solar panels together(customer is responsible for connection from harness to the solar station)
- Versatile Applications — Suitable for tiny homes, small homes, mobile homes, cabins, campsites, workshops, remote properties, construction sites, and backup electricity.
The five strongest competitive advantages
Complete, preassembled power system — No DIY electrical assembly.
3,300W oversized SunPower solar array — Designed to improve charging opportunities in lower sunlight.
7.68kWh onboard battery storage — Substantial energy capacity for extended use.
Relocatable, ground-deployed design — No rooftop solar mounting required.
Site connection hardware included — 15-foot cable and 30A inlet box supplied with the system.
